Payments for cab bookings must be made via the methods listed on our platform, including digital wallets, credit/debit cards, and UPI. All transactions are encrypted and secured. Prices are subject to change based on demand, location, and service availability.
Refunds may be issued in cases of driver no-show or cancellations made within the allowable cancellation window. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Red Go Cab reserves the right to deduct cancellation or processing fees where applicable.
No refunds will be issued for rides that are canceled after the driver has been dispatched or for incomplete rides caused by user-related delays.
